HV & MV Switchgear
MV Switchgear constitutes the units designed for a rated voltage of 12 kV and current range 630A to 1250A. Switchgear insulation designed to withstand rated voltage is also subjected to over-voltage due to lighting and breaker operation transients. On the basis of the conditions, the Installation of switchgear is designed and assembled for outdoor and indoor service. Compatible for mass production, convenient operation, and transportation handling, the weight of the equipment is kept as low as feasible. Trizone HT, MV Switchgear is equipped with Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) or Load Break Switch (LBS) to meet individual specifications which comply with IEC, BS, VDE, ANSI standards. Circuit Breaker & other elements which are imported from Japan, USA, Germany, France, & others EU countries.

PFI/Reactive Power Compensation (RPC) Plant
It is inevitable to set up a PFI/RPC plant for any electrical system where the inductive load is confronted to reduce the electricity bills considerably. PFI Plant is designed and assembled up to 11 kV system which corresponds to IEC/VDE standards & regulations and maintained its protections according to the client’s system requirements. Trizone’s PFI/RPC improves the efficiency of load, increases the voltage, and saves the energy cost from monthly consumption. Lightning Arrester & Drop Out Fuse
Lightning arresters can be considered as the first-ever components of a substation. The main function of this equipment is to protect the components of the substation from passing high voltage as well as limiting the amplitude and duration of the current’s flow. It is generally connected between phase conductor & ground. These components divert the flow of current to the ground and therefore protect the system’s conductor as well as insulation from harm.
Drop Out Fuses are protection devices that protect networks and equipment from current surges and overloads. An overcurrent will melt the fuse element in the carrier disconnecting the line or equipment. They also provide network isolation points when manually operated with a hot stick.
Bus-Bar Trunking System
Busbar Trunking System is a system of distributing electric power using copper or aluminum busbar with suitable enclosures and a good amount of protection to prevent the cables from getting damaged due to foreign bodies. Busbars are now becoming irreplaceable simply because of the convenience and safety factors. While using traditional cables, the cost of cabling and trunking and the time taken for installation is much higher than busbars as well.
Motor Control Centre
The motor control center is designed up to 11 kV according to IEC/VDE standards. It ensures exact safety measures for manual or automatic operation for control & automatic protection of the motors which are installed in the industry with built-in safety alarm.
